Neighbourhood Watch
Neighbourhood Watches are groups of local volunteers who join together to make their communities safer. In the Blacket NW area, our representative ensures the following:
- Eyes & ears within the Blacket area
- Line of contact with local police
- Reviews all circulars and distributes relevant NW related news and crime prevention advice
How you can help yourself and others
Residents are encouraged to be alert about suspicious behaviour in the district that may indicate criminal intent and to see that such behaviour is promptly reported to the local police station; to be security conscious and undertake simple crime prevention measures; to report to the local police as soon as possible all instances of crime on/adjacent to their properties, also to their local Neighbourhood Watch contact.
